Cat Ba Imperial Cruise 2 Days

Destination: Halong Bay

Day 1: Hanoi - Cat Ba (L, D)

7.45 - 8.15	Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Hai Phong
11:00	Upon arrival, take hydrofoil to Cat Ba Island
12:00	Boarding on boat at Ben Beo harbor, transfer to our Junk with a welcome drink.
12:30	The junk travel through a floating fishing village. One-hour cruise in Lan Ha Bay to discover the stunning beaches of Ba Trai Dao. You have the first stop for kayaking and swimming on the beach. Delicious seafood lunch *and free time to rest while the crew will stop the engine to travel full sails in Ong Cam Bay. Finally, the Junk will drop the anchor in a remote area free of tourists. The crew prepare the fishing gear.
18:00	Delicious seafood diner and night on board in Lan Ha Bay. 18.00 Have fresh seafood dinner on board. Free at leisure. Overnight stayed on board.

Day 2: Halong – Hon Gai - Hanoi (B, L)

7:00	Have breakfast on board
8:00	Kayaking to CA tunnel and discover a hidden lake. Cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Check-out before 11am
11:00	Check-out and lunch served aboard. Disembarkation at Hon Gai harbor, then go back to Hanoi.
16:30	Arrival in Hanoi. End of the trip.

Cat Ba Imperial Cruise 3 Days

Destination: Halong Bay

Day 1: Hanoi – Cat Ba – Ong Cam (L, D)

Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi. In Hai Phong, boarding on a fast ferry for a quick crossing Catba Island. Visit of Cat Ba fish market. At Ben Beo harbor, transfer to our Junk with a welcome cocktail at 12h15. Travel through a floating fishing village. Delicious seafood lunch* and free time to rest while the crew will stop the engine to travel full sails to Ca Cave. Boat-ride to CA tunnel and discover a hidden lake surrounded by cliffs full of monkeys (endangered species). Finally, the Junk will drop the anchor in a remote area free of tourists, in Ong Cam. Dinner and night aboard.

Day 2: Bai Tu Long - Lan Ha (B, L, D)

Breakfast aboard. Cruise to Rang Dua to visit Me Cung Cave. Back on board to cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay, the bay where children dragons would have gone down. Seafood lunch close to Dau Be island. If the weather permits it, visit of Ho Ba Ham floating village. Then, cruise to the wonderful beaches of Ba Trai Dao where you could swim. Dinner and night aboard in Lan Ha bay.

Day 3: Lan Ha – Cat Ba (B, L)

Watch the sunrise if the weather makes it possible. Breakfast aboard. Discover the beautiful and charming bay of Lan Ha with its small beaches and its floating villages. Discover Viet Hai village in the National Parc of CatBa by biking. Meet locals. Back on board to cruise to a fish tank in Van Boi. Check-out before 10am. Lunch aboard. Disembarkation at Ben Bao harbor at 12h to take the fast boat to Hai Phong and go back to Hanoi.

Services & Facilities

The cabins are equipped with sound proof walls. The large open windows make sure you can enjoy the view from the cabin. Elegant silk curtains prevent the light and the sun if you want to go take a nap. It has electricity and there air conditioning in 4 cabins but we can also replace the air by fans at the request of passengers to ensure the tranquility of the night. This adds to creating a chic and cozy atmosphere on our junk. To ensure the tranquility of the night, our junk will anchor in a corner all alone, and well secured, the crew shut down all engines. We have fans which will continue to work via batteries charged by the engine during the day.

Dining Room & Bar

The lounge and dining room which are located in both ends of the boat are two open spaces, very friendly for a drink or a dinner by candlelight.

Unlike on the Cat Ba Princess, the lounge and dining room on the Cat Ba Legend and Cat Ba Imperial are especially designed, with an open space and traditional Vietnamese motifs. This is where passengers can enjoy an aperitif or a candlelight dinner.
